PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
Orders will be accepted until February 15th and then will move into production to be decorated. All orders will then be ready to be picked up by the coach or ready to ship in approximately 2-3 weeks AFTER February 15th

Please note that these items are custom and made to order for you and could take several weeks to be produced and shipped

Returns and exchanges are only accepted if there is a manufacturer defect

Shipping fee will be waived if you select pick-up from Team Coordinator (the website will show you being charged for shipping but we will adjust it and you will not be charged)
