Embroidery and Decoration Options
Allow a minimum of seven working days for embroidery. Minimum production quantity is 6 pieces (12 for caps).
We are sorry but we cannot screen, embroider, letter or number individual items.
EMBROIDERY DISKS AND TEAM LOGOS - We cannot provide copies of embroidery discs. Rugby Gear does not own the discs. The one time fee paid by your organization to set up your logo is a charge to digitize your logo so it may be used for embroidery applications. This service isperformed by an independent organization.
We can screen up to 6 colors. New screen setup $20 per screen/color Screen re-order $8 per color. Application $.75-$4 (Depends on quantity and number of colors)

Commitment to Service
RugbyGear.com makes every effort to deliver your order quickly when needed. We do not hold orders unneccessarily. Once we receive the goods from our manufacturer/suppliers, we ship your order the same day. If your order requires decorating, numbering or special detailing, three to six weeks is required to process your custom order.
If rush freight or rush service (i.e. embroidery, numbering, etc.) is required to get your order to you within a certain time frame there may be additional charges.
Returns for Repair/Claims
Call customer service at 1-800-467-8429 for a return authorization number if you need to return any item. By law, items must be clean. Soiled or smelly items will be returned to the customer without being processed. When we receive jerseys and shorts that are torn, Rugby Gear must return them to the factory to determine the length of wear and usage. Please allow for appropriate time for your return.
We sell the highest quality products and describe them with the manufacturers specifications. We use these items ourselves and if you are not fully satisfied with your merchadise, you may request a refund. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, send back the merchandise in question with proof of purchase. We will inspect the item and make an exchange or refund. For non-defective items or items ordered incorrectly, our restocking fee is 15%.
We realize the sport of rugby is rugged and demands duarable gear to play our great sport. We expect you will wear your rugby gear for a long time and give it a good workout. If you are one of those unbelievably tough players (i.e. enjoy playing a match on a pitch of jagged rocks and barbed wire) we will repair any damages for a nominal fee. And if you provide a really great story about how it happened we will consider making the repair or replacing the item for free!
